As the music begins, one immediately senses the Spirit of worship as it fills the sanctuary. Uplifting songs with dynamic arrangements performed by a group of talented and dedicated group of singers and musicians. These are presented to God for His glory in a way that encourages personal and corporate praise. As the Spirit of God begins to refresh, the countless hours of hard work and life’s pressures fade from memory. We understand and appreciate God’s call upon this ministry. It’s because of this that every rehearsal begins with a prayer service. Every member of Saints In Praise will gladly acknowledge the fact that in some rehearsals, the prayer service lasts almost as long as the rehearsal itself. Prayer is essential to the effectiveness of our ministry. Prayer for each other, prayer for our church, our nation, and most importantly, those to whom we will be singing. That God will use our gifts to Him to accomplish His will and work. We humbly recognize that our feeble skills and talents are empty without God’s sanction by His Holy Ghost.
